Mums who Meditate

Meditation helps you to clear the stresses which cloud our ability to allow that story to unfold in fullness and to give as a parent the way you want to but simply don’t have the energy or reserves for at times. My teacher Thom Knole’s recent podcast dives deep across many topics from grief and death to conscious parenting, relationships and meditation during pregnancy - well worth a listen on the Monday commute.
