Special Techniques
Special techniques are used to help overcome oral fixations & addictions (examples are nail biting, smoking, overeating/undereating and other fixations or additions related to the mouth), pain and ongoing, or extreme, emotional anguish. You must have been practising Vedic Meditation consistently for four months prior to learning a Special Technique.
