    Dive Deep with Advanced Knowledge & Techniques

    This is the first in a series of advanced modules designed to progress your self mastery, to accelerate your expansion towards a luminous, heart-open life in flow & alignment.


    MODULE 1 -

    This initial experience focuses on the three main areas which will bring immediate lightness, radiance and heart expansion, addressing the common areas of limitation and is the most natural & relevant progression from establishing a Vedic Meditation practice or evolving on the conscious path:

    • Increase & strengthen your Energy - learn to master your energy, to cleanse & strengthen your energetic field.  You'll learn advanced Pranayama & ancient Vedic techniques to take home with you which can be easily practiced daily in a short amount of time.  Move from easily affected, depleted energy to a powerful & light energy system which you can fine-tune yourself at any time using the techniques I will share with you.

    • Enhance your Radiance & Luminosity - Increase your capacity to hold and radiate light.  If we cannot clear our energetic system and are holding the energy we accumulate from the environment then we cannot radiate effectively, nor feel the fullness of our own radiance.  It's like shining a light through fog.  Once we clear the fog, then we can turn the dial up on our own inner radiance.  You'll learn the mechanics of how to align with radiance & increase your capacity for light.

    • Expand & Open the Heart - we can open to deep inner silence and experience a strong degree of this, but still find the heart is closed.  We can find we feel peaceful, but our capacity to feel and radiate love is still limited.  These techniques will increase the vibration, flow of energy and expansion of the heart and allow you to live an increasingly grateful, heart-centred, loving expression of life.

      In future modules we'll explore:

    • Awakening to Abundance: release blocks to greater flow of money and abundance, learn specific techniques to vibrationally align with. and increase abundance in all areas of life.

    • Elevating into your full power - breakthrough the habit of feeling weak, establish your staying power & enliven your power centre. Learn to stand your ground, face challenge & develop strong energetic boundaries

    • Opening to your greatest Deserving Power: Releasing limiting patterns around self worth, self love, release recycling low grade relational habits and patterns at the deepest level.

    • Opening to experiencing the divine grace in everyday living - specialised techniques including mantra, advanced pranayama & kriya to enliven your eyes open experience and accelerate your progress

    • Increasing the flow of Kundalini Shakti - unlocking the infinite potential of Being

    • Enlivening the divine feminine - advanced & deeply potent techniques for enlivening divine feminine strength, passion, pleasure, creativity, power & total fulfilment

If I can’t make all the sessions should I still join?

This program can equally be taken live or completed remotely using the recordings. The intention is to support the evolution of all, at every stage of life.

If I’ve done ETV, will this be beneficial?

This program is entirely different in its structure, content and intent. There will be more practice & techniques, rather than purely a knowledge based course. If you feel the call to join us then it will advance you in an entirely different way.
