What does Vedic Meditation feel like?

Practitioners of Vedic Meditation report feeling a deep sense of ease & relaxation in the body, which can feel very restful. Often meditators will describe feeling tension release from the shoulders or jaw & feeling more relaxed than they have in a long time. One can also feel very calm & content, a sense of bliss and a feeling of being almost asleep but with some wakeful awareness.

It’s a wonderful experience which can be had on a regular basis once you learn the practice.
